About Vincero

As a young boy, Isaac Makinde was captivated by the world of perfumes, watches, and jewelry. Growing up in Nigeria, he would often spend a handful of money on perfumes which would later on lead to a realization of where his true passion lies.
As he grew older, he became fascinated by the art of perfumery and the way that different scents could evoke different emotions and memories.
Isaac Makinde’s passion for perfumery led him to study the craft, where he learned the art of blending and layering scents from master perfumers. He was particularly drawn to woody and spicy scents, and spent years experimenting with different combinations of ingredients to create the perfect balance of aromas.
His determination to creating that perfect scent birthed a new mantra, “I will be victorious”, a constant affirmation that kept him consistent.
On November 2022, his signature fragrance VINCERO was born, a scent that would come to embody his own spirit of determination and passion, a perfume that combines the woody, spicy scents of cedarwood and sandalwood with a hint of spice, creating a mysterious and captivating aroma that is as timeless as the forests and oceans themselves. A scent – only for the discerning.
The brand name Vincero is an Italian word coined from “I will be victorious”. Since then, the Vincero brand has been more into existence than ever before.
